Gives to his wife £14, noting that she has already been provided for by a deed of settlement.

Gives £10 to his son Joseph.

Gives £35 to his daughter Elizabeth's children.

Gives £60 to his daughter Avice.

Gives £35 to his daughter Lois.

The surplus of his property he gives to his children James, Joseph, William, Mary, Avice and Lois, and the children of his daughter Elizabeth, share and share alike.

Appoints his two sons Joseph and William co-executors of his last will and testament.
