  Research Notes:

In 1722/3 Erasmus the son of Benedick Paskow was bequeathed £6 in the will of his maternal grandfather Anthony Tonkyn of the parish of St. Keverne, yeoman.

In 1742 Erasmus Pascoe was named in the will of his father-in-law James Kempthorne junr of Mullion, yeoman, as husband of James' daughter Martha late deceased.

Abstract of the Will of Erasmus Pascoe of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, written 3 Nov 1770, proved 6 May 1771. 4

Gives to his daughter Martha now the wife of Thomas Tonkyn of Ruan an annuity of £6, that is, the interest of £150 at four per cent.

Gives £25 to his sister Joana Bawden, widow.

Gives £1 16s. to his sister's daughter, Sarah Bawden.

All the rest of his goods, chattels, freehold & leasehold estates, he gives and bequeaths to his sons Bennet Pascoe of Helston, tinman, and James Kempthorne Pascoe of Mullion, share and share alike, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.

  Marriage Information:

Erasmus married Martha Kempthorne, daughter of James Kempthorne junr. of Mullion and Nichola, on 3 Feb 1730/1 in Mullion, Cornwall. (Martha Kempthorne was christened 27 Feb 1710/11 in Mullion, Cornwall and was buried on 29 Mar 1742 in Wendron, Cornwall.)
