Abstract of the Will of Bennett Pascoe of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 24 Jan 1684/5, proved 11 Apr 1687. 3
Gives to his son Bennet Pascoe and his heirs one half of his tenement called Tresprisson, located in Wendron. along with one half of the house, barn, stables and mowhay.
Gives to his wife Joane the other half of the said tenement of Tresprisson for the term of her natural life, along with £60.
Appoints his friends Jaspar Phillips of Phillack, clerk, and Thomas Glyn of Polkinghorne, gent, guardians and trustees of his son during his minority.
Appoints his son Bennett Pascoe sole executor of his last will and testament.
