In 1685 Bennett Pascoe was nominated the sole executor of his father's will, in which he was bequeathed a half share of his father's tenement called Tresprisson in the parish of Wendron. During his minority his father appointed as guardians and trustees of his son Jaspar Phillips of Phillack, clerk, and Thomas Glyn of Polkinghorne, gent.
In October 1722 Benedick Paskow was named in the will of Anthony Tonkyn of St. Keverne as father of Anthony's grandchildren Erasmus Paskow and Joanna Paskow to whom he made bequests.

Gives to his daughter Joanna now the wife of John Bawden an annuity of £10 for her own use and benefit.
Gives 20 shillings to his granddaughter Sarah Bawden, and an additional £20 and a guinea of gold once she reaches the age of twenty-one years.
Gives £10 to his grandson John Bawden to enter him into a trade.
Gives £10 to his granddaughter Priscilla Bawden, to be paid to her on reaching the age of twenty-one years.
Gives £10 to his grandson Bennet Pascow, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one.
Gives £10 to his grandson James Kempthorn Pascow, to be paid to him when he turns twenty-one.
Gives £10 to his granddaughter Martha Pascow, to be paid to her when she turns twenty-one.
Gives to his daughter Joanna two guineas of gold to buy mourning.
Gives a guinea of gold to his son-in-law John Bawden to buy a ring.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his brother-in-law Edward Tonkin and son Erasmus Pascow, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
