In 1850 William Pascoe was co-executor and a residuary legatee of his father's will.

In 1851 William Pascoe, aged 33, born in Phillack Cornwall, farmer of 134 acres employing 6 labourers, and wife Grace Pascoe, aged 27, born in St. Martin in Meneage Cornwall, were living in Tregonyan, St. Michael Penkivel, Cornwall.
