Lease for 99 years or three lives (the lessee, aged 56, Jane, his daughter, 25, and Peter, his son, 18) of four crofts called Carleans, of about 10 acres, in Ruan Minor, part of Polteska tenement, late in the occupation of Oliver Oliver, deceased, part of the Manor of Trethvas Lucias and Roswick.

Gives to his wife Avis Willey an annuity of £10 as well as the use of his personal effects and estate for the term of her natural life or widowhood.
Gives to his daughter Elizabeth Pascoe an annuity of £4.
Gives to his daughter Jane Willey an annuity of £4.
Gives £2 to his granddaughter Eliza Pascoe.
Appoints his son Peter Willey sole executor of his last will and testament, leaving him his tenements, goods & chattels.
