In 1704 Katherine Gallimore was bequeathed £10 in the Will of her maternal grandmother Joane Short of Wootton Bassett.
In 1710 Catharine Hulbert was named in the Will of her aunt Christian Bennett of Rodborough in co. Gloucester, widow.
In 1729 Katharine and her husband Thomas Hulbert were granted an annuity of £20 in her father's Will.

Gives and bequeaths £10 for mourning to her son Thomas Hulbert of Newbury in co. Berks, Batchelor of Physick. She also gives to him one silver coffee pot and one silver punch ladle.
Gives, devises & bequeaths £300 to her son John Hulbert of Corsham in co. Wilts, clothier, in Trust, for the use of her two granddaughters Jane and Anne Cruse, children of her daughter Jane Cruse deceased, late wife of Charles Cruse of Greenhill in the parish of Wootton Bassett in co. Wilts, Gent. If both should die underage, then the said sum should go to her grandson Charles Cruse, eldest son of her said daughter Jane Cruse. And if should die before reaching the age of twenty-one years then she wills, devises & bequeaths the same to her grandson Robert Hulbert, son of her said son John Hulbert.
Gives, devises & bequeaths a further sum of £100 to her son John Hulbert in Trust for her said grandson Robert Hubert. And if he should die before reaching the age of twenty-one years, then the said sum should go to her granddaughter Jane Hulbert, daughter of the said John Hulbert. And if she should die underage then the same should go to her grandson Gallimore Hulbert, son of her said son John Hulbert.
Gives, devises & bequeaths to her grandson Charles Cruse her gold watch chain, seal wedding ring, and £10 to buy him mourning.
Gives to her granddaughter the said Jane Hulbert her little silver waiter?, two silver spoons, one silver milk pot, and one silver pepper box. If Jane should die before reaching the age of twenty-one years, then she devises the same to her said grandson Robert Hulbert.
Gives to her said grandson Robert Hulbert two large silver spoons. If he should die underage then she gives the same to his sister Jane Hulbert.
Gives to her said granddaughter Jane Cruse her largest silver spoon, a waiter and two large silver spoons.
Gives to her said granddaughter Anne Cruse two silver salts, two silver tea spoons, tongs, strainer, two salt spoons, tea chest, tea kettle and lamp, and all her china except a dozen plates. And if Anne should die underage then she gives the same to the said Jane Cruse. And if both should die before they turn twenty-one, then she gives the same to their said brother Charles Cruse.
Gives to her said granddaughter Jane Cruse all the furniture in her blue room and a dozen china plates. Also gives to Jane all the furniture in her yellow room.
Gives to her said granddaughter Anne Cruse all the furniture in her parlour.
Gives to her said granddaughter Jane Hulbert a moiety of her wearing apparell and linen.
All the rest and residue of her goods, chattels & personal estate she gives to her son John Hulbert, nominating & appointing him sole executor and Trustee of her last will and testament.
