In 1733 Jane Hulbert was a residuary legatee of the Will of her maternal grandfather, John Gallimore of Wootton Bassett.

In 1740 Jane Cruse was bequeathed £10 in her father's Will.

Writing her Will in August 1759 widow Catherine Hulbert names her daughter Jane Cruse deceased, late wife of Charles Cruse of Greenhill in the parish of Wootton Bassett in co. Wilts, Gent, when making bequests to Jane's children.
