In 1725 Jane was bequeathed £1000 in her father's Will.

In 1729 Jane was bequeathed £200 in the Will of her maternal grandfather, John Gallimore of Wootton Bassett, Gent., of which Will she was also a residuary legatee.

In 1769 Jane was the sole executrix and residuary legatee of the will of her sister Joanna Richmond of Ashton Keynes, spinster.

Abstract of the Will of Jane Richmond of Ashton Keynes in the County of Wilts, Spinster, written 7 Jun 1770, proved 14 Sep 1774. 3

Gives and bequeaths £2000 to William Cary of Cowbridge in the parish of Malmesbury in co. Wilts, clothier, Edmund Clutterbuck of Hyde in the parish of Minchinhampton in co. Gloucester, Gent., and William Hinton of Ewen in co. Wilts, yeoman, in Trust for her kinsman John Nicholas, son of her late nephew Edward Richmond Nicholas late of Devizes in co. Wilts, physician, deceased, and £2000 to Robert Nicholas, brother of John Nicholas.

Gives, devises & bequeaths all her messuages, lands, tenements & hereditaments in Ashton Keynes and Cliffe Pipard in co. Wilts, and South Cerney in co. Gloucester, to her said kinsmen Robert Nicholas and John Nicholas and their heirs & assigns.

Gives, devises & bequeaths £50 annuities to her kinsman George Richmond of Seagre in co. Wilts, Gent., to her kinswoman Rebecca Barnes (wife of William Barnes now or late of Christian Malford in co. Wilts, carpenter), sister of the said George Richmond, to George Hunt son of [blank] Hunt and Elizabeth his wife deceased, sister of the said George Richmond.

Gives and bequeaths £500 to her kinsman Thomas Hulbert near Newbury in co. Berks, Doctor of Physick, and a further £500 to his brother John Hulbert, and a further £500 to the children of Mr Charles Cruise by Jane his late wife sister of the said Thomas and John Hulbert, and a further £500 to Betty Heart, widow, sister of the said Thomas & John Hulbert.
