Gives and bequeaths one shilling to his son John Gallimore.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to his daughter Cathrin Martin to be paid to her within one year following the death of his wife Cathrin Gallimore.
Gives and bequeaths £5 to his son William Gallimore to be paid as above.
Gives and bequeaths £20 to his daughter Jeane Gallimore to be paid as above.
All the rest of his goods and chattels, household stuff & utensils he gives & bequeaths the same to his said daughter Jeane Gallimore whom he ordains and constitutes the sole executrix of his last will and testament in Trust.
After the decease of his wife Cathrin Gallimore and the payment of the above legacies, the remaining estate is to be divided equally between his two sons Timothy Gallimore and Thomas Gallimore (except the furnishing of his lodging chamber and his silver cup which will go to his daughter Jeane Gallimore).
