In 1733 Thomas Hulbert was a residuary legatee of the Will of his maternal grandfather, John Gallimore of Wootton Bassett.
In 1744 Thomas Hulbert was the sole executor of his father's Will. Also in 1744 Thomas Hulburt was bequeathed £10 in the Will of his first cousin once-removed Humphry Gallimore of St. Marylebone.
In 1761 Thomas Hulbert of Newbury in co. Berks, Batchelor of Physick, was bequeathed £10 for mourning, a silver coffee pot and a silver punch ladle from his late mother's Will.
In 1774 Thomas Hulbert near Newbury in co. Berks, Doctor of Physick, received £500 from the Will of his first cousin Jane Richmond of Ashton Keynes, spinster.

Abstract of the Will of Thomas Hulbert of the Parish of Speen in County Berks, Doctor of Physick, written 11 Jun 1771, proved 14 Jun 1776. 5
He had only two daughters by his first wife, Lucy, whom he makes equal sharers of his real and personal estate which he possessed before and since his first marriage, at which time he surrendered some copyhold land and premises in the Manor of Corsham in the county of Wilts, which becomes the sole property of his eldest daughter Lucy, according to the custom of the said Manor. And whereas he invested £500 in public funds (in lieu of some houses he sold at Marlbro' which were formerly settled on his youngest daughter Elizabeth and which she consented to and joined in the sale thereof) for the benefit of his said youngest daughter Elizabeth.
Gives, devises and bequeaths to his daughters Lucy and Elizabeth all his real and personal estate, goods, chattels, effects, money and securities for money.
Gives and bequeaths to his friend Mr. Lyppeatt Bodman of Newbury Berks, surgeon, twenty volumes he thinks fit to choose out of his collection of books.
Gives to his friend Mr. Edward Withers of the same place, surgeon, his goldhead cane and gold shirt buttons.
Gives to Mr. Edward Phillips, formerly of Newbury aforesaid, surgeon, his two volumes of Heyters Surgery and Cases.
Desires that all plate, pictures, furniture, books and jewels which were originally the property of his late wife Sarah (except what she freely gave to his children) becomes the property of her son Thomas Rutherford if he still lives.
Appoints his said daughters Lucy and Elizabeth joint executors of his last will and testament.
