In 1776 Lucy Hulbert was co-executrix of her father's Will, receiving his copyhold land and premises in the Manor of Corsham.

In 1828 Lucy Hulbert of Speenham Lane Cottage in the county of Berks received £100 from the Will of her late first cousin Mary Prior of Sydenham Kent, widow.

Gives £100 to her friend Mary Wynn wife of Sr William Wynn, Knight, of Bath Somerset.

Gives £100 to her friend Catherine Craven of Speen Berks.

Gives £100 to her friend Eliz. Fowle of Kintbury Berks.

Gives £100 to her friend Mary Auster of Newtown Hants.

Gives £50 to Martha Lamb if she is still living with her at the time of her decease, along with the old furniture, bed, blankets, drawers and chair in the room where she sleeps.

Gives £20 to Lucy Godden.

Desires that she be buried in Corsham Church Wilts beside her sister.

Requests that Mr. George Vincent of Newbury Berks bury her.

Makes John Swayne of Wilton, esquire, her sole executor and residuary legatee.

Witnesses: Elizabeth Juliana Michell of Speen Hill, widow, Anna Maria Michell of Speen Hill, spinster.
