Abstract of the Will of George Lock of the Parish of St. Clement in the Town and Port of Hastings in the County of Sussex, Mariner, written 20 Dec 1790, proved 10 Jan 1791. 4

Gives, devises and bequeaths in Trust all his real and personal estate to his brother James Lock the younger of the town and port of Hastings, tailor, and his friend Edward Raggett of Hastings, cordwainer, directing them to pay the rents profits interest and proceeds of said estate to his wife Ann for the term of her natural life and toward the raising of their children.
Appoints his wife Ann, his brother James Lock, and Edward Raggett co-executors of his last will and testament and as guardians of his children during their minority.
