Gives, devises and bequeaths, in Trust, to Charles Lock of Hastings, tailor, and Henry Hoad of the same place, gentleman, all her real and personal estate, and to permit her son James Lock to have the use of all her household goods, furniture, linen, china and other effects for the term of his natural life, and to permit her brother-in-law John Phillips to continue to make use of the premises he now occupies, for the term of his natural life and, after his death, the same may be possessed by his daughter Elizabeth Phillips.
Directs her Trustees to pay to her son James Lock the rents, interest, dividends and profits of the residue of her real and personal estate as well as of the premises occupied by John Phillips and his daughter Elizabeth.
Appoints the said Charles Lock and Henry Hoad co-executors in Trust of her last will and testament.
