Refers to an Indenture dated 13 Jul 1815 between herself and her husband of the one part, John Vivian of Pencalenick in co. Cornwall, Esq., John Lyddon Edwards of the City of Bristol, Esq. and John Ennis Vivian of the Middle Temple, London, Esq. of the second part, pertaining to the capital sum of 26,000 five pounds per centum Navy Annuities.
Gives £10,500 of the said capital stock to her eldest son John Edwards Vivian, along with the interest and dividends that may be due.
Gives £3,150 of the said capital stock to her son George Vivian with its dividends or interest.
Gives £2,100 of the capital stock to her son the Rev. Charles Pasley Vivian, with its dividends or interest.
Gives £2,100 of the capital stock to her son Quintus Vivian, with its dividends or interest.
Gives £525 each of the capital stock to her daughters Elizabeth Vivian, Julia Vivian, Emily Vivian and Marianne Vivian, with the dividends or accrued interest.
Gives £315 of the said capital stock with its dividends &c. to Arthur Wells of the city of Bristol, esquire.
Gives £315 &c. to her friend and cousin by marriage Caroline Louisa Broughton.

Appoints the said John Ennis Vivian and the said Henry Arthur Broughton co-executors of her last will and testament.
