  Research Notes:

In 1826 George Vivian was named as a beneficiary in his mother's will. In the same year George was named as a beneficiary in his father's will.

In May 1828 George Vivian was present at the marriage of his sister Elizabeth Vivian to Bentinck Cavendish Doyle in St. Marylebone London.

In 1851 George Vivian, aged 50, born in Lotham* Gloucestershire, landed proprietor, and wife Elizabeth Vivian, aged 32, born in Middlesex, were living at 11 Upper Grosvenor St., Westminster. With them were children Alice Jane (8) of Claverton Somersetshire, scholar (at home), Ralph (5) of Florence Italy (British Subject), Minna F. (3) of Claverton Somersetshire.

* Unable to locate a place called 'Lotham' in Gloucestershire. Perhaps this should be 'Cotham'.

In 1861 George Vivian, aged 59, born in Middlesex, and wife Elizabeth A. Vivian, aged 41, born in Northumberland, were living at Manor House, Claverton, Somerset. With them were children Alice J. (18) of Claverton, Ralph (15) of Florence Italy, and M. Frances (13) of Claverton.

In 1871 George Vivian, aged 72, and wife E. A. Vivian, aged 52, born in London, were at 11 Upper Grosvenor St., Westminster. With them were daughters Alice (28) and Minna F. (23) of Claverton.

Effects under £60,000. 3
