Abstract of the Will of Mathew Vivian of the Parish of Kea in the County of Cornwall, Gentleman, written 23 Feb 1765, proved 3 Jan 1771. 3
Gives £100 to his wife Jane Vivian, along with an annuity of £40 during her widowhood, payable out of his estate in Penalawey in the parish of Kea.
Gives to his son Matthew Vivian his land and premises in Penalawey.
Gives £600 each to his daughters Jane Vivian, Anne Vivian, Alice Vivian and Elizabeth Vivian.
Gives to his friends John Trevenen in the parish of Camborne in co. Cornwall, Clerk, and James Vivian of Camborne, gentleman, his messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments in Redruth and elsewhere, in trust, for the benefit of his son Matthew Vivian.
Also gives to his said trustees his leasehold messuages, lands and premises called Devora or Devora Veor in the parish of Filley in co. Cornwall, for the benefit of his son John Vivian.
Appoints his trustees co-executors of his last will and testament, giving them £10 10s. each for their efforts.
