In 1826 Julia Vivian was named as a beneficiary in her mother's will. In the same year Julia was named as a beneficiary in her father's will.

In 1851 J Whish, aged 53, born in Middlesex, and husband W. G. H. Whish, aged 54, birthplace not known, were at 10 Pemberton St., Marylebone Middlesex. With them were daughters N (19) and E (10), and niece? E T Doyle (21), widow? of Capt. R.N.

In 1861 Julia Whish, aged 62, born in Somersetshire, wife of Captain W. G. H. Whish R.N., and daughter Henrietta H. (29) of Marylebone London, unmarried, were with Julia's brother-in-law Richard P. Whish (72) of Marylebone, vicar of Monkton and his wife Sophia Catherine Whish (72) of Southampton.

In 1871 Julia Whish, aged 73, born in Marylebone [sic], and husband William G. Whish, aged 74, born Marylebone, Vice Admiral, were at 62 Gt. Cumberland Plc, Marylebone, London. With them were daughter Harriette (33 or 38) of Marylebone, and granddaughter Emily Whish (3) of Marylebone.

In 1881 Julia Whish, aged 83, born in Bristol, and husband W. G. H. Whish, aged 84, born in Marylebone Middx, retired Admiral, were living at 62 Gt. Cumberland Plc, Marylebone, London. With them was daughter Henrietta (40) of Marylebone, unmarried.
