In 1861 Quintus Vivian, aged 50, born in Hampstead, landed proprietor and magistrate, and wife Isabella J. Vivian, aged 55, born in Farley Castle, Somerset, were in St. John Paddington, Middlesex. With them were children: Flora F. (25), Lady, and Arthur S. (17), scholar, both of [Irchester] Northamptonshire.
In 1873 Quintus Vivian of 17 Chesham-street Belgrave-square in co. Middlesex, esquire, was co-executor of the will of his brother George Vivian.
In 1881 Quintus Vivian, aged 70, born in Hampstead, retired mayor, landowner, and wife Isabella J. Vivian, aged 74, born in Farley Castle, were living at 17 Chesham St., Belgrave, St. George, London. Present was niece Mary Houlton (23) of Belgium

The Will with three codicils of Quintus Vivian late of 17 Chesham-street Belgrave-square in the county of Middlesex and of Trevagethan Manor Truro in the county of Cornwall, esquire, who died 8 October 1884 at 17 Chesham-street, was proved 17 January 1885 at the Principal Registry by Isabella Jane Vivian of 17 Chesham-street, widow, the relict, and Harry Houlton Palmer Vivian of Tregavethan Manor, esquire, the son, two of the executors.
