In 1826 Rev. Charles Pasley Vivian was named as a beneficiary in his mother's will. In the same year Charles was named as a beneficiary in his father's will.
In 1841 C. P. Vivian, aged about 40, not born in the county, Clerk, and wife Grace Vivian, aged about 30, not born in the county, were living at Hatton Hall, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. With them were children Nina (7), Gerald (5), Aylmer (4), Arthur (2) and Augustus (1).

Charles Pasley Vivian of Hatton Hall died aged 41 years (burial record).

On the 14th inst., suddenly, the Rev. Charles Pasley Vivian, of Hatton hall, Northamptonshire, and Rector of Wellingborough, third son of the late John Vivian, Esq., of Portland-place, and Claverton, Somersetshire.

Abstract of the Will of the Reverend Charles Pasley Vivian of Hatton Hall in the Parish of Wellingborough and County of Northampton, Clerk, written 27 Dec 1839, proved 18 Feb 1842. 4
Gives to George Vivian of Claverton in the county of Somerset, esquire, and John Harrison Aylmer of Walworth Castle in the county of Durham, esquire, his tenement and premises in Cheapside in the City of London, to hold in trust for his wife Grace Anna Vivian, paying her the rents, issues and profits thereof during her life. After her decease the same is to be paid by his trustees to his eldest son during his minority.
Gives to the said George Vivian and John Harrison Aylmer his capital messuage or mansion house called Hatton Hall in co. Northampton, along with all other his messuages, farms, lands, tenements and hereditaments, in trust, to sell all or part thereof, for the benefit of his wife and children.
Gives to his wife for her own use all the household goods, furniture, books, pictures, linen, china, glass, wines, liquors and spirits, ready money in the house, and any one carriage she may prefer.
All the rest of his personal estate he gives to his said trustees, to convert into money and invest in parliamentary stocks or public funds of Great Britain, the interest, dividends and annual produce of such being for the benefit of those of his children who reach adulthood.
Appoints his wife Grace Anna Vivian and his trustees George Vivian and John Harrison Aylmer co-executors of his will, and guardians of his children during their minorities.
