THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of William Humphreys Lloyd of No Mistake Parkes, Dairyman. After payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary Expenses I will devise and bequeath unto my wife Mary Ann Lloyd the whole of my real and personal estate of any kind whatsoever and wheresoever situated with the exception of one hundred pounds for which my life is insured and this one hundred pounds I will devise and bequeath as follows, viz. Forty pounds of it to be paid to my wife Mary Ann Lloyd and the other sixty pounds to be placed in the savings bank Parkes on an in behalf of my two daughters Catherine Humphreys Lloyd and Alice Jane Lloyd until they reach the age of twenty one years when each can draw their separate portions of £30 each with interest added but in case either of my daughters dying without issue then the survivor is to take the other ones portion and in case of both dying then my wife Mary Ann Lloyd is to receive the said £60 with any accruing interest. AS WITNESS my hand & seal this sixth day of September 1884.
