The Will of Catherine Humphreys Aubrey late of Parkes, N.S.W., Married Woman, written 13 Jan 1933, probate 9 Nov 1943.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Humphreys Aubrey of Parkes in the State of New South Wales wife of Thomas Oscar Aubrey of Parkes aforesaid Master Baker.
I. I hereby revoke all prior Wills and Testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me.
II. I appoint my dear husband Thomas Oscar Aubrey sole Executor of this my Will.
III. I give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my husband Thomas Oscar Aubrey for his sole use and benefit absolutely.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Thirteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and thirty three. Catherine Humphreys Aubrey.

"In the Will of CATHERINE HUMPHREYS AUBREY late of Parkes in the State of New South Wales wife of Thomas Oscar Aubrey of Parkes aforesaid Master Baker deceased. Application will be made after 14 days from the publication hereof that Probate of the last Will and Testament dated tht 13th day of January 1933 of the abovenamed deceased may be granted to Thomas Oscar Aubrey the sole Executor named in the said Will and all notices may be served at the undermentioned address. All creditors in the Estate of the deceased are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned Connellan Matthews & Pearce Proctors for the Executor, 3 Court Street Parkes.
