In 1844 Ann was a beneficiary of her husband's Will, receiving all his houses, messuages, tenements, lands and hereditaments in Wootton Bassett and Stratton St. Margaret, both in co. Wilts. In the same year Anne Yorke became a beneficiary of the Will of her late brother Jasper Maskelyne of Wootton Bassett, gent.
In 1851 Ann Yorke, aged 78, born in Wootton Bassett Wilts, widow, annuitant, was living in High Street, Wootton Bassett. With her was daughter Jane Yorke (36) of Wootton Bassett, unmarried, annuitant.
