In 1715 Nevill Maskelyne and his wife Mary were trustees and co-executors of the Will of Gabriel Hollister of Wootton Bassett, grazier.

In 1717 Nevill Maskelyne of Wootton Bassett, Gent. was appointed one of the trustees of the Will of Frances Wilkins of Wootton Bassett, widow.

In 1726 Nevill Maskelyn was appointed one of the overseers and trustees of the Will of his friend George Edwards of Wootton Bassett, cooper.
