Gives and devises all her real estate to her brothers and sister William Yorke, John Maskelyne Yorke and Sarah Mundee as tenants in common but not joint tenants.

Gives and bequeaths £80 to her niece Ann Yorke Fowler.

All the rest of her personal estate she gives and bequeaths to her said siblings.

Appoints her brothers William Yorke and John Maskelyne Yorke co-executors of her last will and testament.
