At the time of the 1881 Wales Census Ada Page Hughes, aged 16, born in Aberystwyth, scholar, was with her widowed father at 1 Market St., Aberystwyth, Cardigan.

At the time of the 1891 Wales Census Ada P Stealey, aged 26, born in Aberystwyth Cardigan, married, house wife, was living in Osborne House, Laugharne Carmarthenshire. With her was daughter Mercy P Stealey (1) of Laugharne.

In November 1900 Ada Page Stealey (wife of John Stealey) was granted Administration of her late father's personal effects.

At the time of the 1901 Wales Census Ada Page Stealey, aged 36, born in Aberystwyth Cardigan, and husband John Stealey, aged 49, born in Llandyssil Cardigan, retired master mariner, were living in Sunny Hill, Laugharne Carmarthenshire. With them were children Mercy Page Stealey (11) of Laugharne, and Richard D Stealey (6) of London.

In August 1908 Ada Page Stealey, widow, was granted Probate of her late husband's personal effects.

At the time of the 1911 Wales Census Ada Page Stealey, aged 46, born in Aberystwyth Cardigan, widow (mother of 3 children), of private means, was living in Ormond House, Lampeter, Cardigan. With her were daughters (born in Laugharne): Mercy Page (21) and Ada Joyce (9).

In May 1931 Ada Page Stealey, widow, was granted Probate of the personal effects of her late aunt Ellen Jane Sophia Dawson.
