In May 1842 Henry Andrew Vivian was present at the marriage of his sister Lavinia to William Cape Brice Yewens in Camborne, Cornwall.
In 1851 Henry Andrew Vivian, aged 57, born in Illogan Cornwall, copper mine agent, and wife Elizabeth Vivian, aged 52, born in Camborne, were living in Pengegon, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne): Julia (23), Ellen (22), Phillips (16), Frances (11), scholar, Caroline (9), scholar, visitor John James (19) of Illogan, mine agent, and two servants.

At his residence, Pengegon, near Camborne, on Tuesday last, deeply regretted and lamented by all who knew him, Mr. Henry Andrew Vivian, aged 62 years, for many of which he was agent at North Roskear Mine, and few have closed a life of more labour in the cause of religion and education amongst the lower classes.

Abstract of the Will of Henry Andrew Vivian of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Mine Agent & Cooper, written Nov 1844, proved 31 Aug 1855. 3
Gives to his brother Mr. John Vivian of Crowan, surgeon, and Mr. John Smith of Trever, Camborne, all his personal property, his cooper and wire-working business, stock in trade, household furniture, plate and goods, in trust, that his wife Elizabeth Vivian receive the profits of the cooperage and wire-working business, and the proceeds of his property, for the maintenance of herself and family. After his youngest child has turned twenty-one, he directs his trustees to pay his wife an annuity of £40 and provide her with a house or otherwise pay her a further £12 per annum. After her death he directs his trustees to sell his effects and divide the proceeds equally among his children.

Administration (with the Will annexed) of the goods chattels and credits of Henry Andrew Vivian late of Camborne in the county of Cornwall, mine agent, deceased, was granted to his son Henry Andrew Vivian, who has attained the age of twenty one years, the trustees named in the will, John Vivian and George Smith having first renounced Administration (with the Will annexed), as has Elizabeth Vivian, widow of the deceased.
