In 1844 Elizabeth Vivian was named as a beneficiary in her husband's will.

In 1851 Elizabeth Vivian, aged 52, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband Henry Andrew Vivian, aged 57, born in Illogan Cornwall, copper mine agent, living in Pengegon, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne): Julia (23), Ellen (22), Phillips (16), Frances (11), scholar, Caroline (9), scholar, visitor John James (19) of Illogan, mine agent, and two servants.
