In 1871 Frances M. Vivian, aged 31, born in Camborne, unmarried, was visiting her half-sister Julia Bickford (née Vivian) in St. Hilary, Cornwall.

In 1881 Francis M. Vivian, aged 41, born in Camborne, unmarried, was again with her sister Julia V. Bickford in Basset Rd., Camborne.

In 1891 Francis Mary Vivian, aged 51, born in Camborne, single, sister's house keeper, was living in Basset Rd., Camborne. With her were nephew J. S. Vivian Bickford (20) of Camborne, student, niece Ethel Vivian (23) of Gwinear, single, governess, niece Ellen Vivian (17) of Gwinear, scholar, and visitor J. L. Vivian Millett (25) of Gloucester, married, sailor.
