In January 1845 Wm Hooper was present at the marriage of his son William to Jane Harris in St. Agnes.
In 1851 William Hooper, aged 52, born in St. Agnes Cornwall, copper miner, and wife Elizabeth, aged 51, born in St. Agnes, were living in Silverwell, St. Agnes. With them were children (born in St. Agnes) Elizabeth (22), John (20), copper miner, James (18), copper miner, Richard (15), tin miner, and Samuel (12), tin miner.
In 1861 William Hooper, aged 61, born in St. Agnes Cornwall, tin & copper miner, and wife Elizabeth, aged 60, born in St. Agnes, were living in Whitstreet, St. Agnes. With them was daughter Elizabeth (32) of St. Agnes, unmarried, dresssmaker.
