Arthur Fox was bequeathed 20 shillings in the Will of his brother Thomas Fox of Illogan (1697).

In Apr 1706 Arthur Fox and his brothers Jacob, Benjamin and John were granted Administration of the goods of their late brother Emanuel Fox.

In 1707? Arthur Fox paid 8 shillings 8 pence rates for his tenement in Nance keag veer (Churchwarden's accounts).

In 1711 Arthur Fox and John Richards were churchwardens for Illogan parish.

Beneficiary and co-executor of his mother's Will (1719)

In Apr 1723 Arthur Fox and his wife Julian Fox were witnesses to the Will of Charles Richards of Illogan, tinner. Later that month Arthur Fox and John Gartrel took inventory of the goods and chattels of the said Charles Richards.

In 1728 Arthur Fox paid 15 shillings rates in Illogan.

In 1729 Arthur Fox paid £1 13s. rates in Illogan.

In Aug 1729 Arthur Fox and his brother Jacob took inventory of the goods and chattels of Thomas Hockin of Illogan, deceased.

In 1730 Arthur Fox paid £1 10s. rates for Tregea, 13 shillings 4 pence for Tregea Vean, and 6 shillings 8 pence for Chytodden toward the reparation of Illogan church.

Arthur Fox was bequeathed a guinea of gold in the Will of his brother Jacob Fox of Illogan, yeoman (written 1736).

Arthur Fox was bequeathed £10 10s. in the Will of his brother Benjamin Fox of Illogan, yeoman (1737).

Abstract of the Will of Arthur Fox of the Parish of Illogan in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 3 May 1748, proved 17 May 1750. 3

Wills that his wife Julyan may live with her sons Arthur and John and gives her an annuity of £4 pocket money.

Gives to his son John the tenement of Rayll Wotfall and Ventenrais as well as half of his tin----- and his second best horse and an old but reliable plough.

Gives £20 to his daughter Rebecca Trewartha.

Gives 20 shillings to his daughter Ellizabeth Provis, she having already secured her marriage portion.

Gives 20 shillings each to his granddaughters Elizabeth, Rebecca, Mary and Christian.

Gives to his grandson John Provis a three-year-old heifer.

Gives 20 shillings to his grandson Henry Provis.

Gives 1 shilling to Wm Trewartha.

Gives 1 shilling to Henry Provis.

Gives to his son Arthur Fox all the rest of his goods and chattels making him sole executor of his last will and testament.
