Sole executor and residuary legatee of his father's Will (proved 1750)

In 1767/8 Arthur Fox and Reynald Jenkin were churchwardens for Illogan parish.

John Fox of the parish of Illogan, yeoman, John Coppin of the borough of Bodmin, yeoman, and John Hambly of the same borough, yeoman, paid a bond of £600 for Administration of the goods, chattels and credits of Arthur Fox late of the parish of Illogan, yeoman, deceased.

Administration was granted to the said John Fox, brother of the deceased, on 10 May 1809. ³
