In 1723 Arthur Fox and his wife Julian Fox were witnesses to the Will of Charles Richards of Illogan, tinner.

In 1737 Gulian Fox was a witness to the Will of her brother-in-law Benjamin Fox of Illogan, yeoman.

In her husband's Will (written 1748) Julyan was bequeathed an annuity of £4 and a place to stay with her sons Arthur and John.
