The Will of Edmund Jones of Park, Llanfrothen, Yeoman, written 24 Dec 1833, proved 28 Jun 1834.
In the Name of God Amen I Edmund Jones of Park in the Parish of Llanfrothen and the County of Merioneth and Diocese of Bangor Yeoman, being called to mind of what is appointed to all Men even to die; And am of Sound Mind and Memory, praised by God for the same, do make, ordain, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in maner and form following, viz.
First, I bequeath to my Daughter Ann Jones, the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds, and no more.
Secondly, I give and bequeath to my Daughter Jonet Jones the Sum of Two Hundred Pounds, and no more.
Thirdly, I give and bequeath to my youngest Son Richard Jones the Sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds, and no more.
Fourthly and lastly, I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Dear Wife Margret Jones and my eldest Son John Edmund to be Joint Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
And finally, all the rest, residue, and remainder of All my estate and effects real and personal Whatsoever, and Wheresoever no here in before, otherwise effectualy disposed of, I do give devise and bequeath unto my Dear Wife Margret and my Son John.
In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and Seal, this Twenty Fourth day of December one Thousand Eight hundred and Thirty Three.
Signed declared and published, as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, Who subscribed our Names as Witnesses in the Testator's presence and at his request, the Day and Year above written.

On the 28th day of June in the Year of our Lord 1834, the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved, and in common form of Law decreed valid, and Administration granted to the within named John Edmunds and Margaret Jones Joint Executors, they being first sworn in common form of Law, and that the whole of the Goods Chattels, and Credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to the sum of One thousand Pounds.
