On the 26th day of July 1848 personally appeared John Edmunds and alledged that Jane Lloyd of Olri in the parish of Llanfrothen in the County of Carnarvon [sic] Widow deceased died in the year of our Lord 1847 intestate without making any Will. That he this appearer is the lawful and natural Brother of the said deceased who died without any children. Wherefore he prays that Administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased be granted to him on giving the usual security.
Let Administration pass as prayed to the said John Edmunds he being first sworn on the Holy Evangelists as the Law directs and that the whole of the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased do not amount in value to one hundred pounds.
