- gives and bequeaths thirty pounds to her eldest daughter Sarah
- gives and bequeaths thirty pounds to her daughter Catharine
- gives and bequeaths twenty pounds to her grandson John Griffith the son of her daughter Alice
- gives and bequeaths twenty pounds to her grandson David Morris the son of her daughter Jane
- gives and bequeaths twenty pounds to her grandson John Griffith the son of her daughter Eleanor
- directs that the sixty pounds left to her grandchildren not be paid until three years after her death
- gives and bequeaths the rest and residue of her personal estate to her son Edmund Jones
- nominates and appoints her son Edmund as the Executor of her last Will and Testament
- Witnesses: John Thomas, Richard Roberts
