In the Name of God Amen
I John Edmund of Park in the Parish of Llanfrothen and the County of Merioneth and Diocese of Bangor yeoman Being Sick in Body but of sound mind memory praysed be to God for the same; do hereby make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in the maner and form following that is to say:

First of all I give and bequeath unto my dear beloved Wife Trephena Williams the sum of two hundred pounds of lawfull British Money; also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarra Jones the sum of Hundred and Fifteen pounds of lawfull British Money; also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine Jones the sum of Hundred and Ten pounds of lawfull British Money; also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ales Jones the sum of Forty pounds of good lawfull British Money; also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Jones the sum of Twenty pounds of lawfull British Money; also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ellin Jones the sum of Twenty Five pounds of lawfull British Money; all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate of what kind soever after payment of my just Debts I give and bequeath unto my Son Edmund Jones and I do hereby constitute and appoint him the aforesaid son Edmund Jones Executor and residuary Legatee of this my last Will and Testament and I do here appoind Richard Robert of Brynsgyboriau in the parish of Trawsfynydd and my son-in-law Morris Griffith to be the guardian of my said Wife Trephena Williams and my said daughters Sarra and Catherine Jones and I do revokin and nullin all and every Will or Wills by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament, in Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this fifteenth Day of November in the year of our Lord 1800.

Signed Sealed published and Declared be the said Testator John Edmund as for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his requeast and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witness thereto.

On the first Day of April in the Year of our Lord 1801 the within written Will was insinuated, proved, approved, and in common form of Law decreed valid and Administration granted to the within named Edmund Jones Executor, He being first personally sworn on the holy Evangelists as the Law directs.... and that the whole of the goods, Chattels and Credits doth not amount, in value to the sum of six hundred pounds.
