1 Pedigrees of Anglesey and Caernarvonshire families, J. E. Griffith, p. 322. J. E. Griffith shows Jane as the mother of an unknown daughter by her first marriage to Owen Lloyd. said daughter being the mother of Owen Ellis, Richard Ellis, Anne Ellis & Mary Ellis, who are named as grandchildren and beneficiaries of Owen Lloyd's Will (1752). It is obviously impossible for Jane to have been the mother of the unnamed daughter, given the date of marriage of Owen Lloyd and Jane Meredith. Jane was undoubtedly Owen's second wife.
