Abstract of the Will of Mary Meredith of Pengwern in the parish of Llanwnda in the County of Caernarvon, Widow, written 17 Dec 1718, proved 24 Mar 1719. 3

Gives & bequeaths 20 shillings to the poor of Llanwnda.

Gives & bequeaths to her daughter Lowry Meredith two bedsteads, three feather beds, twelve blankets and rugs, a couple of chairs, a cupboard press, a chest that currently stands in the room above the parlour and buttery in Pengwerne, one large brass pot and one small brass pot.

Constitutes, nominates & appoints her son Humphrey Meredith sole executor and residuary legatee of her last will and testament.

Mary married John Meredydd of Pengwern, Gent., son of Hugh Meredydd of Manachty Clynnog, Gent. and Gaynor Wynn, on 16 Aug 1677. (John Meredydd died shortly before 10 May 1704 in Pengwern, Llanwnda, Caernarvonshire, Wales.)
