Dissolution of Partnership.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Co-partnership lately existing between us, the Undersigned, both of the Parish of Bexhill, in the County of Sussex, Bricklayers, Masons, Painters and Glaziers, &c., was Dissolved, on the 1st JANUARY last, by mutual consent, and that the Business will in future be carried on by ALFRED CROWHURST, solely.
All Persons Indebted to the said Firm are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts to the said Alfred Crowhurst; and all persons having Claims on the above Firm are requested to send particulars of the same to the said Alfred Crowhurst, that they may be examined and discharged by him.
As Witness our hands, this 26th day of FEBRUARY, 1851.

At the time of the 1861 England Census Alfred Crowhurst, age 55, born in Bexhill Sussex, plumber, painter &c., and wife Harriet, age 56, born in Hastings, were living in Bexhill St., Bexhill. With them were children (born in Bexhill): Eliza F. (25), Harriet (17), and Samuel (14), scholar.
