In 1849 Ann the wife of George Yorke was bequeathed £20 in her father's Will.
In 1851 Ann Yorke, aged 46, born in Wootton Bassett and husband George R Yorke, aged 47, born in Swindon, railway clerk, were living in house north of Station, Swindon. With them were children: Susanah (21) of Cheshunt Herts, George (20) of Cheshunt, engine erecter, William (16) of Cheshunt, scholar, Jasper (14) of Cheshunt, scholar, Frederick (12) of Shoreditch Middx, scholar, Eliza J.
