Present were son William Miles (50) of Cliffe Pypard, married, carpenter, and daughter Sarah Miles (30) of Cliffe Pypard, unmarried. Son Edmund and his family were living nextdoor.
In 1881 Edith Miles, aged 83, born in Cliffe Pypard, widow, was staying with her widowed [sic] son William Miles (60) of Cliffe Pypard, carpenter, in Broad Town Lane, Cliffe Pypard.
