Gives and bequeaths to his daughter Agnes the house he lives in with the household goods and the fields belonging to the said house in Nantarrow. If she dies childless, the same will return to his executor.
Gives and bequeaths £50 to his daughter Margaret's three children to be equally divided among them.

Gives and bequeaths £50 to his daughter Blanch.
