Agnes was bequeathed £20 in the Will of her maternal grandfather Richard Hockin of Nanterrow (written 1752).

Agnes was bequeathed Named as a beneficiary in her father's Will (written 1778) in which he bequeathed her his house in Nanterrow and the adjoining fields. Agnes died shortly before her father.
