Gives to his sons Benjamin Hockin and John Hockin and their heirs his lands of inheritance called Nanterrow.
Gives to his son John Hockin his estate called Treloweth Wartha in the parish of Illogan.
Gives £100 to his daughter Blanch the wife of John Phillipps, £20 to their daughter Agnes, and £10 each to their other children, once they've reached their respective ages of eighteen years.
Gives £40 to his daughter Jane the wife of Francis Harris of the parish of Camborne. He also gives her his right in an estate called Wheal Gerry in Camborne, or, £100. Gives to their three children £15 each.
Gives to Grace Ellis the house she lives in, for the term of her life, so long as she doesn't receive relief from the parish she belongs to.
Gives £5 to Anne the wife of his son John Hockin.
All the rest of his goods & chattels he gives to his said sons Benjamin & John Hockin, appointing them co-executors of his last will and testament.
