Blanch Hockin late of the parish of Gwithian, widow, died without making a will. An inventory of her goods and chattels was taken and appraised by Benjamin Hockin and Richard White. Total value: £120 2s. 4d.

Bond upon Administration was granted 22 May 1701 to Richard Hockin, son of the deceased. Bondsmen: Richard Hockin of Gwithian, yeoman, and James Cock of the parish of Gwinear, yeoman. 2

Blanche married Benjamin Hockin, son of Richard Hockin and Amy Michell, about 1672. (Benjamin Hockin was christened on 5 Feb 1627/8 in Gwithian, Cornwall and was buried on 14 Feb 1687/8 in Gwithian, Cornwall.)
