In 1756 Benjamin Hockin was co-executor and a beneficiary of his father's will, receiving his share of lands in Nanterrow in Gwithian.
In 1765 Benjamin Hockin was named a beneficiary in the will of his brother John Hockin, who left him his right and title in the tenements called Nantarrow Ullus in the parish of Gwithian and Nancemelling East in the parish of Camborne.

Benjamin Hockin late of the parish of Gwithian died without making a will. Bond upon the Administration of his goods &c was granted 28 Jan 1766 to Blanch the wife of John Phillipps and Jane the wife of Francis Harris, sisters of the said deceased.
