In 1756 Anne was, as one of the unnamed younger children of Blanch Phillips and her husband John Phillips, a beneficiary of the will of her maternal grandfather Richard Hockin of Nanterrow, who left her 5 shillings.
In 1778 Anne was named as a beneficiary in her father's will, to receive £50.
In 1780 Ann Cock, widow, was granted Administration of her late husband's effects.
