2) John Harris, yeoman, of the parish of Camborne, William Harris, yeoman, of the said parish of Camborne and John Davy, yeoman, of the said parish of Camborne

Consideration: Two hundred guineas in gold

Term: 21 years

Dish: One seventh

All mines loads pits heads and veins of tin ore copper ore and lead ore which already have been now are or hereafter shall or may be found by digging working searching or tracing in and through those several lands and estates lying and being in or near Camborn Church Town in the said parish of Camborn and commonly called or known by the Names of Colan Paul's Tenement, Park an Pons and John Davies Tenement and now in the possession of one John Daniell John Davy and one Richard Williams .... with liberty to work and search for such ore metals and minerals in and throughout the said premises or any part thereof ..... In the Name of God Amen I John Harris of the parrish of Camborne being Sick and weake of Body but Sound of Mind and Memory doe make and Constitute this my Last will and Testament in Manner and forme following —

first I give and bequeath my Soule into the hands of my ever Blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ fully trusting to have Pardon of all my sins and offences by his Merrits on the Cross for me and all Man kind and my Body to a decent and Christian buriall at the discression of my Exrs herein after Named

Item I give to my wife Grace Harris as a farther Maintainance (over and above the Estate in St. Earth) Tenn pounds a year to be paid by my Exrs by quarterly payments out of any or either of my Estates During her Life and the Bed and furniture in the Hale chamber and the Great Chest there and Tenn pounds in Money to buy other household goods If shee doe not live with either of her Children and the Same to returne to my Exrs after her decease If they or either of them be then Living

Item I give to my Brother Thomas Harris one Sixteenth part of my adventure in whele roswarne with all tooles and Takle belonging to the said part and the Same to have from the first day of first Month after My decease he paying all Cost and charges due on the Same from the said day of Possession

Item I give to my Kinswoman Mary Polkynhorne one Guinea of Gold

Item I give to my Kinswoman Ann Carnarthen one Guinea of Gold

Item I give to my Brother William Harris , Joseph Harris and My sister Elizabeth Davey to Each of them one Guinea of Gold to buy them Rings in Remembrance of Me

Item I give to the Poor of the Parrish of Camborne five Pounds and to the Poor of the Parrish of Gwithian Thyrty shillings to be distributed at the discresion of my Exrs within three months after My decease

Item All other my Estate Free and Lease Goods and Chattells moveable and unmoveable Bills bonds writings and amounts I give to My two sons Thomas and Charles whome I doe Make and Constitute my whole and sole Exrs of this my Last Will and Testament in paying my debts and Legasies as before expressed and to be by them Enjoyed Joyntly for one Year after My decease , but If either of them doe Marry with in that year she shall dispose of his halfe as he think fitt in witnes whereof I have heeunto sett my hand and seale this twentyeth day of September Anno Domini — 1729
