Recites the deed of settlement for John Prideaux Bassett now an infant and the only son and heir of John Pendarves Bassett [Basset] deceased and the marriage settlement of John Pendarves Bassett of 12 April 1737 to Anne Prideaux, spinster
Consideration: £84 to be paid as follows, £42 on execution and £42 more at the end of six months from then
Term: 99 years on the lives of John Harris aged about nine years and Charles Harris the younger aged about seven years both the sons of 2), the term to commence on or after the death of Thomas Harris, brother of 2) and the surrender of a lease for the said tenement of 6 June 1696
Rent: 40 shillings and two fat capons yearly or sixteen pence for each capon and five harvest journeys yearly or twenty pence
Heriot: a best beast or £3
All that tenement with the appurtenances commonly called or known by the name of Kelleehan [Kehelland] situate lying and being in the parish of Camborne and now in the tenure holding or occupation of 2) together with all messuages houses orchards gardens meadows pastures feedings moors marshes wastes commons and common of pasture furze turfs heath and all other profits and commodities with all and singular the members and appurtenances to the said tenement belonging or in anyways appertaining all which said premises are part of the Manor of Tehiddy [Tehidy], excepting and always reserving the liberty of diverting and turning all or any of the water which now arises or runs through and paying or allowing 2) for such liberty the sum of £5 yearly during the time of such diversion

Consideration: the surrender to 1) of a former lease made and granted of the premises hereinafter mentioned by 1) to John Harris father of 2) and the sum of £45
Term: 99 years on the lives of 2) aged 40 years or thereabouts and Thomas Harris aged 7 years and William Harris aged 5 years sons of 2)
Rent: 20 shillings yearly and 1 shilling and 4 pence yearly in lieu of capons
Heriot: 20 shillings and 8 pence
All that his two thirds part or five parts in three parts divided or to be divided of and in all those messuages lands and tenements with the appurtenances situate and lying in the town fields commons and waste grounds of Kallean [Callean] Wartha in the parish of Camborne which are now in the possession of 2). Abstract of the Will of Charles Harris of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 20 May 1763, proved 14 May 1767. 4
Gives an annuity or yearly rent charge of £10 to his wife Alice Harris, this sum being the moiety of £20 payable to him from his estates of Parkinchells and Gwelavellin in Camborne by his son John Harris.
Gives 1 shilling to his son John Harris.
Gives to his son Charles Harris his estate in Carlean, being the lands of Francis Bassett, Esq.
Gives to his son William Harris an annuity or yearly rent charge of £10, being the other moiety of the said £20. And if his son William or his children outlive his wife Alice Harris then he gives to William and/or his heirs an annuity of £16 following the death of the said Alice.
Gives to his son Thomas Harris half of the dwelling houses, outhouses, mowhay, town plot and gardens with the remainder of his estate in Carlean, being the lands of Francis Gregor.
All the rest of his goods, chattels and personal estate he gives to his son Charles Harris, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
